Ceres highlight
Growing residential base
Ceres has grown from 43,000 residents in 2010 to nearly 50,000 today, with new families choosing the city for affordable housing and proximity to major employment centers.

The population of Ceres has grown steadily over the past fifteen years. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city had 43,219 residents in 2010 and has since expanded to approximately 49,000 people, reflecting new residential development and families choosing to settle in the area. This growth has brought new schools, parks, and community services.
The River Bluff Regional Park exemplifies this investment in residential quality of life. The 76-acre park along the Tuolumne River provides six soccer fields, multiple sports courts, playgrounds, biking and hiking trails, and fishing. Recreation programs offered by the city's Parks and Recreation Department include youth activities, fitness classes, and senior programs that help neighbors build community ties.
Growing neighborhoods attract young families and working-age adults building their lives. That's when many households first consider life insurance: a new mortgage, a first child, or the beginning of a career that supports dependents. Coverage sized to protect those goals through the years that matter most is what term life insurance is built for.
